Using the store
Read the selected product description, measurements, materials and included contents before ordering. Photography may include styling objects that are not part of the item. A colour can appear different across screens and lighting.
Product options refer to the option expressly listed. A photograph showing another object, size or colour does not make that option part of an order.
Prices and checkout
Prices are shown in US dollars. Review the itemized checkout total, shipping and any applicable taxes before authorizing payment. Adding an item to a bag does not reserve stock or create a paid order.
Checkout displays any service limitation before payment. An order confirmation must reflect an actual accepted order; a failed or unavailable payment step is not confirmation.
Delivery and returns
Standard shipping is $5.99. Handling usually takes 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 3–6 business days in transit. Total estimated delivery is 4–8 business days.
The return-request window is 60 days. Read the Shipping and Returns pages for the relevant steps. A stated estimate does not guarantee a particular arrival date.
Accuracy and fair use
If a listing or order contains an error, contact customer care with the relevant details. A correction to a page does not silently change an accepted order.
Do not misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access or submit another person’s information without authority. Website availability can be affected by maintenance or network failures.
Your rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded by applicable law. Questions about an order should include its reference, not sensitive payment information.
Customer care
Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time (America/New_York). We usually reply within one business day.
Order cutoff: 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. Orders received after the cutoff enter the next business-day handling window. This is not a promise of same-day dispatch.
